Our tight pool of design and build professionals means we can offer specialist services across our Fit Out and Refurbishment projects as well as for kitchens, bathrooms, extensions and conversions.

The SULVE design and build team offer App based process management, site-specific RAMS, are CIS registered, have CSCS qualified operatives and SSSTS qualified supervisors as well as SMSTS qualified site managers.

The SULVE professional clean team 

The SULVE clean team offer commercial cleaning as a one off or on a contract bases, while the After Builders Clean team specialise in post construction cleaning from one room to multiple houses. Every project is efficiently managed, checked, signed off and handed over in pristine condition

We carefully test and select environmentally friendly cleaning products and only source materials from selected approved and sustainable suppliers.  

More complex projects or contracts benefit from our app based sign off process, which ensures all stages of any project are carefully monitored and checked and signed off.
